Bylaw 6 describes a “Neighbor-to-Neighbor” activity designed to raise funds for the party, and authorizes the reimbursement of party-related expenses incurred by legislative district officers. This proposal eliminates Bylaw 6.

Bylaw 6 – Distribution of Neighbor-to-Neighbor Funds
A. |
Neighbor to Neighbor Funds The Neighbor to Neighbor drives are designed to raise funds to be used in operation of the Utah County Republican Party. The organizations primarily responsible for the success of these drives are the Legislative Districts. All funds collected will be turned in to the Utah County Republican Party Treasurer. |
B. |
Legislative District Expenses Legislative District officers may be reimbursed for expenses incurred as a result of activities relating to Republican Party business, when previously approved and authorized by the Executive Committee. |
