A website is not mentioned in our party rules. This proposal separates the current paragraph into three paragraphs, each with a number and title; corrects Executive to Steering in the third paragraph (which defines a quorum), and appends a fourth paragraph which assigns responsibility for the website to the Executive Committee.

Bylaw 9 – Committee Procedures
B. Executive Committee.
  1. Proxies. Chairs of the Legislative Districts may appoint a proxy, in writing, from among their subordinate officers to represent them in their absence.
  2. Meetings. The Executive Committee shall meet at least once each month. Additional Executive Committee Meetings may be called by the County Party Chair, the Steering Committee, or the Executive Committee.
  3. Quorum. A quorum shall consist of a majority of legislative district chairs, or their proxies, and a majority of the Executive Steering Committee.
  4. Website. Executive Committee Members or their designees shall post, maintain, and be responsible for, the content on the Party website for their respective areas of responsibility as defined in the constitution and bylaws; and shall not prevent others from fulfilling this duty. Any content to be posted on the party web site that falls outside of the content author’s area of responsibility shall be presented to the appropriate area owner for approval to be posted.

Proposed additions are indicated in bold underlined text, and proposed deletions are indicated in strikethrough text.
